Stir Fried Cabbage and Tomatoes

I loved tomatoes. They are not only juicy and delicious … there are also many health benefits of eating tomatoes. They contain compounds that have been proven to help prevent cancer, heart disease cataracts and many others. Cabbage lasts in the fridge for a long time and it is a good source of dietary fibre when you can’t find time to do your grocery shopping. So this time round I used tomatoes to cook with the leftover cabbage from my previous post Fried Udon. Stir fry them together in less than 10 minutes and you get a sweet and sour dish serve on the dinning table. Have a try, I’m sure your kids will also enjoy this healthy dish very much too.
