Sliced Guava with Dried Honey Peaches

I was at Fairprice last week and there were many huge guavas on sale. Carted one home and immediately made this highly addictive sweet and savory snack. I remember Chris made this once and she told me how to make this easy snack. You definitely can make this too! Just slice the guava and mix with some preserved dried plums or prunes (without seeds). I used dried honey peaches leftover from Chinese New Year. Place the sliced guava and dried honey peaches in a container and chill for 30 minutes or more and you’ll find that you can’t stop munching this yummy snack. Very refreshing especially in this hot weather.

Sliced Guava with Dried Honey Peaches

Ingredients:

1 large Guava, about 650g
60-70g Dried honey peaches
