It’s no secret that I love whole grains.

For a few years, Nick called all my dinners “berry food”….mostly because I had a 2 year long straight-up love affair with wheatberries. Once I found them, I just couldn’t stop!

Cornmeal makes a fantastic breading for chicken and perfect buttermilk cornbread. Millet is a great swap to use for spanish rice recipes – the flavor goes perfectly together!
