Easy Red Bean Jelly

This Red Bean Jelly is made from the leftover red bean paste that I made for mooncakes recently. This jelly is very easy to make with only water and agar agar powder. I’ve actually adapted the recipe from Ochikeron’s blog Create Eat Happy with some adjustment in the water. The jelly is a bit firm after chilled maybe due to the reason of high oil content in the red bean paste. Nonetheless, it is really yummy with perfect sweetness.

Red Bean Jelly

Ingredients:

400g Red bean paste
400ml Water
2 tsp Agar agar powder

Method:

Mix water and agar agar powder in a pot. Bring to bring at medium heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring with a hand whisk constantly.
Remove pot from heat and add red bean paste and mix well till smooth.
Pour into desire mould and cool in the refrigerator until firm.

简易红豆糕

材料：
400克红豆馅（我是用中秋节剩下的红豆馅）
400毫升水
2茶匙菜燕粉

做法：

将水和菜燕粉一起放进锅中。用中火煮至滚，用打蛋器不停的搅拌越1-2分钟。
熄火，加入红豆馅搅拌至均匀及滑。
倒入模子，冷藏红豆糕至凝固即可享用。
