 BAHAN-BAHAN :

150g mentega
180g gula perang
 3 biji telur gred A
315g tepung naik sendiri
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1 cawan chocolate chip
1 cawan almond flakes

CARA :
1. Panaskan ketuhar 170° C. Alaskan tin 10″ x 10″ dengan greaseproof paper. Ketepikan.
2. Putar mentega dan gula hingga berkrim, tak perlu kembang sangat. Masukkan telur satu per satu dan esen vanilla. Putar sebati.
3. Perlahankan kelajuan kemudian masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis.
4. Tambahkan 1/3 chocolate chips dan 1/3 almond flakes ke dalam adunan tepung dan gaul rata dengan menggunakan senduk kayu.
5. Tuang adunan ke dalam tin dan ratakan dengan spatula. Taburkan dengan lebihan chocolate chips dan almond.
6. Bakar selama 30 minit hingga masak. Sejukkan terlebih dahulu baru dipotong.
