PULUT SERUNDING Beras pulut
Garam secukup rasa
Air secukupnya

Masak pulut seperti masak nasi.

BAHAN-BAHAN UNTUK SERUNDING :
Kelapa parut
cili kering – dibasuh dan dipotong 1sm
1 batang serai – dipotong kecil
1 sudu besar udang kering – dicuci dan tos
1 biji bawang merah size sedang – dihiris

garam
gula

CARA :
1. Masukkan kelapa parut, cili kering, serai, udang kering dan bawang besar ke dalam kuali. Masak hingga kelapa keperangan. Sentiasa kacau.
2. Sejukkan.
3. Kisar hingga halus. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
4. Taburkan atas pulut semasa menghidang.
