SAMBAL TELUR REBUS

Telur rebusBawang merah – dikisar
Bawang putih – dikisar
Cili kisar
Air asam jawa
Gula
Garam
Serbuk perasa – optional
Bawang besar – hiris separuh bulat
Minyak

Cara :

1. Rebus telur hingga masak. Kupas kulit dan ketepikan.
2. Panaskan sedikit minyak. Masukkan bawang putih. Tumis hingga keperangan dan masukkan bawang merah. Masak hingga wangi.
3. Masukkan cili kisar dan masak hingga garing.
4. Masukkan air asam. Kacau.
5. Masukkan gula dan garam. Kacau rata.
6. Masukkan telur dan bawang ke dalam sambal. Kacau rata. Biar sebentar dan bolehlah dipadamkan api. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
