FETTUCCINE CARBONARA VERSI PEDAS
Sumber asal : Chef @hanieliza tapi dimasak ikut apa ada dalam peti ais.

BAHAN-BAHAN :
Fettuccine – rebus hingga lembut
Minyak jagung
Bawang besar – potong dadu
Bawang putih – tumbuk
Cili padi – tumbuk
Tomato – potong dadu
Cendawan shitake – dihiris
Susu segar Dutch Lady
Garam secukup rasa
Sosej daging – dihiris
Keju Cheddar – potong kecil
Serbuk oregano
Garam jika perlu

Keju Parmesan
Serbuk parsley

CARA :
1. Masukkan minyak jagung dalam kuali dan tumis bawang besar, bawang putih dan cili padi hingga wangi.
2. Masukkan tomato, cendawan butang, sosej dan susu segar. Kacau rata.
3. Masukkan keju Cheddar dan garam jika perlu. Masak hingga pekat.
4. Masukkan fettuccine dan kacau rata. Taburkan keju Parmesan dan serbuk Parsley.
5. Sedia dihidangkan.
