Guilty Casey Anthony Wrongly Judged Innocent

Lying pays.  The results of the Casey Anthony trial set the precedence for all alleged killers to lie, lie, and lie.  Stonewall, stonewall, and stonewall.  Evade the truth.  Make up stories.  Send the police and other investigators on wild goose chases.  This was another OJ Simpson trial.  The female prosecutor in the final arguments stated that her greatest fear was that the jury would base their decision on emotions, and that is exactly what happened–just like the OJ trial.

There was enough circumstantial evidence to convict that chronic, pathological liar.  Unfortunately, she got away with murder.  The state should charge her in civil court for every penny spent by all agencies to search for poor Caylee Anthony for months of fruitless searching simply because this criminal of a mother sent them on wild goose chases because of her pathetic lies.

The pathetic jury members committed a travesty of justice.  Caylee is dead, but the pathetic OJ-style jury did not convict and execute her killer for such a heinous crime.  Who is looking out for Caylee?  Certainly, it will not be her sorry excuse of a mother, which the pathetic Fox News Reporter Geraldo Rivera labeled as a “good mother.”  I assume Casey will be looking for her daughter’s killer just as OJ is looking for his poor wife’s killer.  Yeah, right!  So, who is looking after Caylee?  Certainly, it is not our revered U.S. criminal justice system.

We have a flawed jury system.  We must do something to improve it instead of always selecting the pathetic, low quality jurors who ignore the composite facts of the case and base their decision on emotions.  I went through a court case once before and was totally appalled at the judge and how he ran that kangaroo court.  Have you noticed the only people who swear by the current jury system are mainly defense attorneys?  These television legal talking heads are all pathetic.  Yes, I have that figured out.  They are just after perpetuating their own lifeline.
