Man still Kidnapped …. in Claremorris Garda Station – 094 937 2080

The Man that the “Gardaí” have abducted and are unlawfully
still holding in Claremorris Garda station, has been a prisoner
now for in excess if 12 hours. They blatantly denied him access
to lawful consultation or legal advise, over 10 times.

Early in the proceedings, the arresting Garda Peter Sarsfield
refused to identify himself as the arresting Garda and would
not answer any questions. (Peter Sarsfield MY188).

The booking in Garda, Garda Ann Hoban – MY177, miscounted
the money that was in the mans wallet, by quite a substantial
amount, and when the man asked for a recount, she initially
refused … in other words she tried to rob the man.

They have unlawfully impriosened the man and harassed &
cajoled him solidly for 12 hours+. They have even used the
recent passing of his father in the mix of their interrogations.

The Man they have kidnapped has not given a name, and
not signed any charge sheet. They are attempting to charge
the man with “refusing to give & address” when requested.

… Contrary to Section 82 road traffic act 1961 as amended
By section 7 of Dublin transport authority (Dissulotion).

Act, 187 & Section 102 road traffic act 1961 as amended
By section 18 of the road traffic act 2006.

Nobody knows or understands what this means …

They are now threatening to bring him to Harristown
District Court in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon for a sitting
for 11am this morning. This is what he & we have been told.

Please keep calling the Claremorris Garda station and
please do attend the Court. Mayo and specifically the
Claremorris Garda have a woeful human rights record.

They have already trespassed on private property, have
assaulted, kidnapped and unlawfully imprisoned this man.

This is what happens to you when you attempt to educate
The people of Ireland, the Garda make an attempt on your

Dear Ms McCullough,

I called you earlier today (Friday the 5th of August 2011) regarding an on-going incident happening in Claremorris, County Mayo. Yesterday the driver of the so-called Freedom Bus was pepper sprayed and then arrested. He may also have been beaten. The bus itself has apparently been impounded. Supposedly this illegal and wholly disproportionate act occurred in the vicinity of Enda Kenny’s house.

The Freedom Bus ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/216230768414117/ ) is a noble initiative being under taken by a group of concerned and public-spirited individuals. At their own expense, and with no profit in mind, they are touring the length and breadth of Ireland in an effort to help people get out of ‘debt’ by means of recourse to their God given natural born rights. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dc3sKwwAaCU ) The group is entirely peaceful.

Speaking frankly, I am disgusted by some of the treatment this poor man has had to endure. Details are still emerging, but thus far I know that:
He has been denied access to legal representation over 10 times.

The Garda (Ann Hoban MY177) who processed him at the Garda station in Claremorris, “Miscounted the money that was in the man’s wallet, by quite a substantial amount, and when the man asked for a recount, she initially refused…”

His arresting Garda (Peter Sarsfield MY188) initially refused to supply his name
The recent death of the man’s father has been used to taunt him during his lengthy interrogation.
The censorship does not end with the Irish Government’s blatant attempt to stop the truth about the fraudulent financial system getting to the people of Ireland. Last night the Sovereign Independent newspaper’s website ( http://www.sovereignindependent.com ) was apparently blocked. This remains the case more than twelve hours on. The Sovereign Independent is one of the best, if not the best, Irish newspaper in print. Its website receives many hits from around the world daily. Without a doubt the events in Mayo would be prominently featured on the website today. This is not the first time the website has experienced some kind of ‘denial of service’ attack. In fact, only a week a so ago, just as one of the Sovereign Independent editors happened to be interviewing an important whistleblower from South Yorkshire police ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9foKzdQK4gg&feature=related ) for Internet radio, the website mysteriously ‘went down’. I for one am far too wise to the ways of the world to write-off these events as mere coincidences.

As a freedom-loving Scot with many friends across the Irish Sea I am appalled and shocked by what I see happening in your country. Even if the Irish Government can count on the complicity of the bought-and-paid-for mainstream media, the alternative media will run with this story! Already the forums and social networking sites are abuzz. People as far afield as Malaysia are phoning the Garda station in Claremorris enquiring after the welfare of the unfortunate bus driver. Make no mistake Ms McCullough, the world is watching! As an Irishwoman in the employ of the Irish Government whose primary function is the promotion of Ireland abroad, you should surely be very concerned by what is happening. Lovers of freedom across the globe do not expect this sort of thing from your country. Perhaps from places like Ulster and Argentina at their worst, but the Republic of Ireland?! The country who threw off the yoke of the British Empire to gain her freedom? What would your proud ancestors who paid for your freedom with their blood say?

Please investigate these events and do what you can to rectify what is, without a doubt, an entirely unacceptable situation. At the very least please inform yourself as to what is going on in your country.

PS I have heard that protestors have gathered outside Enda Kenny’s house and there will no doubt be many there to support him when he appears in court.
