Forensic Analysis of LaVoy Finicum Murder by FBI +Video

Apparently, an FBI insider and/or forensic analysts created a detailed video of how and why LaVoy Finicum was assassinated by FBI and Oregon State Police following the occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Reserve by Bundy’s group in-order to bring national attention to their cause.

 

The Bundy’s began their quest in Nevada when Bureau of Land Management (BLM) were ordered to confiscate Rancher Bundy’s approximate 160 head of cattle for not paying grazing fees on the open range land that had been used by the Bundy’s for many years. The Bundy’s were the last family of approximately 50 other ranchers forced off their property in-order to allow the federal government to sell portions of the land to foreign interests. The open range land near and around the Bundy’s was up for grabs for Harry Reid’s lawyer son of whom portioned the land to be sold to a Chinese firm.

 

A stand-off with a large contingency of BLM (SWAT Teams) ensued near Bunkerville Nevada between Hwy 170 and Interstate 15 with hundreds of patriots, including Oath Keepers. However, Oath Keepers saw an evolving situation that was about to get out of control and attempted to inform others that Bundy’s group had been infiltrated by at least two FBI undercover agents and confusion resulted with Oath Keepers leaving the pending situation that could have turned-out as bad as what happened later with the Bundy’s in Burns Oregon with the murder of LaVoy Finicum, a rancher from northern Arizona.

 

In Nevada, the stand-off with BLM SWAT Teams became dangerous when agents announced that if anyone passes the (makeshift) barricade, “you will be shot!” 

 

The Bundy’s demanded the return of their cattle (again) and on horse back with high powered weapons and about 50 others behind them, advanced towards the BLM.

 

The BLM SWAT Team received communications to “stand-down” and the BLM began reversing course and left the area. Harry Reid (of course) stated to media, “this isn’t over.” Ironically, not long after that statement, Harry Reid announced he was stepping down from his Senate seat after appearing on television, wearing sunglasses with badly bruised black eyes, stating….he “fell” in the bathroom. The word on the street was that Harry Reid was confronted by casino hatchet men over a deal gone bad.

 

The Bundy’s felt elated for causing the BLM SWAT Team to back-down and decided to take their “story” to Oregon where Rancher Hammond was (also) being abused by the government over use of open range land. The intent was to speak with other ranchers concerning their rights under the U.S. Constitution.

 

The group travelled to Burns Oregon (Jan 2016) when it was learned that a rancher and his son served a year in jail for setting a “back-fire” on BLM land that surrounded their ranch in-order to prevent a controlled BLM fire from destroying their ranch home. Unfortunately, their “back-fire” became out of control and both were arrested accordingly….however, a federal judge decided (after the fact) that both had not served enough time and the judge wanted them arrested on terrorism charges to serve 5 years, a double jeopardy jail sentence deemed unconstitutional by the Bundy’s and by the Liberty Movement that strongly opposes the U.N. Agenda 21 land grab of public lands for profit.

 

A peaceful march by patriots, including Sheriff Mack, marched to the rancher’s home where they were met with joy and thankfulness for their concerns.

 

In the meanwhile, two individuals within the Bundy group, Ryan Payne of Scottsdale Arizona and Mark McConnell of Buckeye Arizona, encouraged Ryan Bundy to make a further stand by occupying the Malheur Wildlife Reserve offices a distance south of Burns Oregon.

 

They left the peaceful march and proceeded to the offices where they discovered a real mess and decided to clean the offices and area, while social media provided on-going video to the public.

 

The FBI showed-up to Burns airport and set-up a Command Center with high tech equipment to monitor cellphones and radio communications at the “occupied” Malheur office. Note: “Occupied Wall Street” and “Black Lives Matter” were handled much differently than what was about to happen in Burns Oregon.

 

Ryan Bundy, Lavoy Finicum and both Ryan and Mark met with FBI negotiation teams near the airport as seen on several media feeds. The exchange was friendly, often laughing with each other, all assured that nobody was going to get hurt. That would soon change for the worse.

 

Days went by, nothing was happening….the Bundy contingency leaders often went to town for food, water, etc and also to meet with ranchers and others to discuss their rights and what was happening with public lands across the west. THEY could have been arrested then and other times, but that was NOT in the plans for teaching the Liberty Movement a dangerous lesson for opposing the land grab by politicians, of whom….Hillary Clinton was directly involved with acquiring land in that particular area of concern for her Russian deal with “Uranium One” for the mineral rights.

 

Therefore….the open question is where and from whom did the orders come from to ambush and kill Lavoy Finicum?

 

The final straw came when Bundy’s contingency leaders, including the FBI undercover infiltrators, unknown to Ryan Bundy….were asked to appear at a meeting in Grant County, invited by the sheriff, to address a crowd of approximately 400 at a school gymnasium.

 

While enroute with two vehicles, Lavoy and Ryan Bundy with two women in the first vehicle, the second vehicle with McConnell were travelling north from the reserve when both vehicles encountered the first road block. Shots were fired by law enforcement, causing Lavoy to step on the gas, while the second vehicle stopped. McConnell had a weapon and was later the only one released while the rest were later arrested without bond, after Lavoy Finicum was shot to death.

 

He was not carrying a weapon and the forensic video (below) shows how the FBI purposely set-up Lavoy for the “kill shot.” The video proves the results would force Lavoy to proceed away from the first barricade.

 

Most every officer, FBI and Oregon State Police lied on their depositions. The FBI recovered their ammo shells to hide the crime committed. The details of how Lavoy Finicum tried to stop at the second (hidden) barricade, but each time he hit the brakes to stop, agents fired at the vehicle three different times before Lavoy hit the snow berm. Shots continued to hit the vehicle, laser sites on the individuals inside the vehicle and Lavoy exits the vehicle, hands raised…..an FBI agent shoots Lavoy with a rubber/foam round into his left side, causing Lavoy to grab that area, as if he was going for a weapon….and almost instantly, another FBI with a laser site weapon shoots and kills Lavoy.

 

The forensic investigation (as seen in the video) should immediately force the court in Portland to release all involved while an extensive investigation by the “Major Incident Team” continue their investigation.

 

There is no doubt….the plan was to execute one or all involved with the Malheur occupation in-order to send a message to the Liberty Movement that any and all attempts to use the 1st amendment against the government will be dealt with by fraud and deception including death.

 

FBI provocateurs are constantly infiltrating any and all questionable organizations, and as we have seen with most every Islamic terrorist act in the United States, a patsy is encouraged, financed, and prompted to commit an act against the public and/or the government. 

 

Patriot groups, and of course any and all militia groups, protected under the Constitution, are infiltrated.

 

The typical provocateur comes into the group, attempts to take the lead, or secondary, based-on his/her knowledge about the situation with compelling persuasion of what needs to be done, followed by demonizing those that know right from wrong, or what could be dangerous and stupid. A conflict usually evolves (within) causing in-fighting between others, leaving the top leaders ultimately relying on the provocateurs to continue offering their support and guidance to eventually cause the group to disband or cause death(s).

 

In the meanwhile….”Black Lives Matter” can burn businesses, police cars, shoot cops and walk free under the banner of civil rights while ranchers in the west are being forced to reduce their use of open range land for politicians to use that land for profit.

 

The FBI’s Provocateur Mark McConnell of Buckeye AZ

His name is Mark McConnell (shown). He is identified in various news accounts as a 37-year-old truck driver from Buckeye, Arizona. After LaVoy Finicum was shot to death at an Oregon State Police/FBI roadblock, McConnell was arrested, along with the other surviving occupants of the two vehicles: Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Brian Cavalier, Ryan Payne, Shawna Cox, and Victoria Sharp. However, shortly after being taken into custody, Sharp and McConnell were released. Sharp’s early release is understandable: She is an 18-year-old minor and was involved only as a member of the Sharp Family Singers, who briefly provided moral support to the occupiers by singing hymns and patriotic songs. McConnell, however, is a different story.

 

McConnell was considered a “ringleader” of sorts by various witnesses/supporters who had been to the Oregon occupation and were interviewed by The New American. He had been deeply involved in all of the activities for which his fellow occupiers are being charged with multiple felonies and federal conspiracy crimes. And, according to one former occupier we interviewed, who has asked to remain anonymous,McConnell was the only occupant of the two vehicles who was wearing a loaded sidearm at the time of the arrest on January 26. This claim is reinforced by testimony from an arresting officer identified only as “Officer 7” in the recently released official report of the shooting conducted by a “Tri-County Major Incident Team” composed of investigators from three Oregon county sheriffs’ offices. Although Officer 7’s testimony concerns only McConnell’s vehicle, other statements released by officials thus far indicate that while there were firearms recovered from Finicum’s vehicle, none of the other occupants was carrying or wearing a firearm.

 

Officer 7 was asked by the incident investigator if any occupants of the lead vehicle, McConnell’s Jeep, were armed when arrested. Officer 7 responds (on page 211): “Yes, um … the only person that I … observed with a weapon — what I recall was the driver, uh, I recall seein — I believe he had a pistol on his right … hip.”
