Democrats Misreading the Electorate

To their own detriment, the socialist-Democrats are misreading the current political environment.  Is it stupidity or self-deception?  Either way, they languish in a losing situation.  They think that the Republicans will win big on Tuesday because of the following:

• The bad economy
• Republican obstructionism
• Big business donations to Republican candidates

The Democrats cannot accept the fact that they will lose big, not because of the three reasons they state above, but instead, because of the following:

• Spending. Uncontrolled spending, which contributes to a poor economy through deficit spending, rapidly increasing national debt, housing slump, and no budget (much less living to such as budget). Continuous printing of money not backed by gold will cause inflation to increase. Continual borrowing of money to fund the debt weakens the economy. Everyone knows the Democrats as the party of “spending and taxing.”
• Socialistic Policies. The Obama administration’s Marxist-socialist policies nationalizing banks, insurance companies, auto companies, student loans, etc.; passing Obamacare socialized medicine that is contrary to the will of the people; “spreading the wealth,” hurting small businesses, controlling the people, evading the controls of the U.S. Constitution, Cap and Trade (Tax), global warming hoax, and on and on we can go.
• Taxes. Ridiculous tax increases including hidden taxes such as fees, penalties, and other such pseudonyms for “tax.” Everyone knows the Democrats as the party of “taxing and spending.”
• Jobs. Democrats spent the entire first year working on Obamacare instead of creating new jobs. Most of the jobs that they created were government sector jobs. We need private sector jobs. The second year was spent on everything else but creating new private sector jobs. Consequently, the unemployment has been 9.5% and higher going as high as 10.1% in the fall of 2009. Unemployment is projected to continue rising throughout the fall of 2010 and into 2011.
• Insulting the Electorate. They are non-responsive to the electorate.  They continually insult the Tea Partiers, Town-hall attendees, and Restoring Honor Rally attendees in Washington, DC, Jews, Hispanics, Blacks, Whites, law enforcement, the physically and mentally challenged, victims of 9/11, the military, and the intelligence community. Additionally, they insult the victims of the British Petroleum Oil Leak fiasco, Arizonans, our allies, Israel, Christians, those who cling to their guns and religion, Conservatives, and many, many others too numerous to name here.
• Ignoring the Electorate. Ignoring the polling results and the will of the people.
• Dividing the Electorate. They continually conduct racial and class warfare. They continually play the race card. They divide, not unite the people. They continually apply the divide and conquer strategy. They display favoritism towards unions, ACORN, New Black Panther Party (NBPP), Muslims/Islam, and other such organizations. They are anti-religious and anti-Christian.
• Weakening the Military. Everyone knows that the Democrats are “weak on defense.” They have proven it by reducing the Department of Defense budget, canceling anti-missile and aircraft programs, and weakening the global fight against terrorists. There is no political will to win displayed in the War in Afghanistan.

Therefore, the economy is bad mainly because the Democrats caused it to be bad first when they controlled Congress from 2006 through today and spent money as though it was going out of style. They caused the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae fiascos. Then, they brought on the bailouts and stimulation legislations, which was a waste of taxpayers’ money. Those actions exacerbated the declining economy.

If the Republicans are obstructionists, it is only because the electorate wants them to stop the continually increasing taxing and spending that the Democrats do so well. The electorate wants the Democrats to cease and desist of all future spending. However, they continue to ignore the population and press forward with their tax-and-spend agenda. Yes, “We the People,” want the Republicans to stop the Democrats from continuing with their ill-conceived agenda—even if it means total opposition to them over the last two years of Obama’s one-term presidency and administration. We the People want the Republican Party to be the “Party of No,” indeed the “Party of Hell No” for the next two years.

If big business donations to the Republicans have increased, it is only because big business is not happy with the anti-business policies of the Obama administration. Big business will be eliminating their medical benefits because it is cost unbearable, and they will be opting out of Obamacare as soon as someone displays the cajones to start rejecting Obamacare. An avalanche will follow that move. Big business does not like the Democrats’ anti-capitalism, anti-free markets, and anti-free enterprise positions because of the Obama administration’s business takeovers, capping of executive salaries, and increasing of controlling, totalitarian regulations.

The left-wing extremist liberals, radicals, statists, progressives, and subversives have co-opted the Democrat Party; hence, they have figuratively castrated the moderate liberals. It is just like the fundamentalist, radical Muslims that co-opted Islam; they too figuratively castrated the moderate Muslims. When “We the People” repudiate Obama and the Democrat Party on November 2, 2010, the party will become ineffective and irrelevant. The moderate liberals must start a new party if they desire to be a viable force in years to come.

It is no different with the Republican Party. After November 2, 2010, the Republicans will be on probation for the next two years. If they revert to what they did (operated left of center) during the 2002-2004 time period and allow the Republicans in Name Only (RINO) progressives to control them, they too will become ineffective and irrelevant because the constitutional conservatives will start a new party that will destroy that Repugnant Party. Therefore, Democrats and Republicans—beware!  If you continue to be non-responsive to “We the People,” you both will be history within the next few years. This is a new day for neo-politics and new political parties.
