Framed Glitter Hearts

Hey! Here’s a simple little project I made last week for Valentine’s Day….

{It’s the same idea as the Framed Easter Egg Art I made last Easter!}

I picked up the heart picks from a dollar store. Each package was $1.25.

And I had this Ikea frame sitting & waiting to be used!

I stuck in a piece of white cardstock…

And then started cutting the foam glitter hearts in half with a serrated kitchen knife, on a cutting board.

Tip: cut through the heart slowly & use a back & forth saw motion to get a clean cut and avoid pieces of the foam from breaking off!

Then I just started gluing the hearts in place with my glue gun!!

And then I set it up with my other Valentine’s Day stuff in the living room!

With a little rearranging, I settled on this set up…

I love the pink stuff I get to put out for Valentine’s Day!

Using a few of the left over hearts, I quickly whipped up this little version for the bathroom…

{The frame was also from Ikea}

I love it!
