Best Colors for Your Home: PURPLE

It’s time for the latest edition of The Color Files!  Today, we’re taking a look at a gorgeous jewel tone that, unfortunately, often takes a beating in the design world.  Seriously, how many times have you heard someone mock a giant purple sofa or lament about the shade of purple on the walls before a makeover?  The reality is that purple can  be a difficult color to work with, but if done right, purple can be a royal hue that looks amazing.  I’m excited to share some beautiful examples of just how good purple can be when it’s perfectly done.  Enjoy!
