It just so happens to be National Ice Cream Float Day, and just in the nick of time! It got me to thinking, I don’t make ice cream oriented desserts near often enough, and why not?!! I mean honestly, it’s in the triple digits here in the Valley of the Sun and if I have to resort to an ice cold, bubbly ice cream float to turn my frown upside down than gosh darn it , that’s what I’m going to do!
