An earthquake prediction from a Dutch ‘enthusiast’ for predicting via plantary alighments has come and gone. A magnitude 8.8 earthquake was suppose to hit the San Andreas Fault directly. Does this theory have merit?

What this actually was, was a prediction using search engines in order to get the highest views due to the movie, San Andreas, which came out today. Scientists agree that because the San Andreas Fault is not a thurst fault, it can only produce up to a magnitude-8.3 earthquake. San Andreas cannot produce near a 9.0, according to studies.
Other fault-zones can … namly the thrust fault sitting just west of Seattle, Washington. This can produce a 9.0 earthquake and a massive tsunami into the Washington coast.

But quakes over 4 aren’t the norm in California either and there were two of them just in the last hour.
Again, a massive quake on the San Andreas was the prediction. I cannot predict a tornado in Oklahoma and then get one in Washington State and say I was right. This was a big scam.
