The government knows what is happening and they HAVE prepared for it.  If you were not aware, the US government has sponsored an event called “The Great Shakeout”.  It is the largest nationwide earthquake preparedness drill in history.  Could we see the San Andreas fault, Yellow Stone, or the New Madrid fault come alive?

Time will be the only thing that can tell, but the trends in our geological activity is frightening!
