Global Anger At Fed's Treatment Of Native American Whistleblower

A petition website has gathered signatures from all over the world from people who are outraged at the treatment of a Native American woman firefighter.  Alicia Dabney was fired this week because she dared attend a Whistleblower conference in Washington, DC to tell her story to Congress and to the world. Many say the retaliation occured despite assurance from some heavy hitters on Capital Hill that there would be no reprisal for Dabney and several other women from the US Fire Service who attended the  Whistle Blower/Human Rights & Civil Rights Summit in Washington.  

We’ve told  her story since 2011. Ms. Dabney, a Comanche woman from a Northern California reservation has been subjected to violence, threats, intimidation, harassment, and, finally firing, for her refusal to keep silent about the abuse she has suffered. The below mentioned articles chronical the racial threats, slurs, sexist violence and on the job terrorism that Dabney faced. Many thought she would receive justice, but, so far, that has not been the case.

This atrocity is gaining worldwide attention.
