DYING FOR YOUR COUNTRY; OUR FOREFATHERS DIDN'T MEAN LIKE THIS!

Yes, my letter from Kamala Harris, California Attorney General Kamala Harris, that is, written to me after I reported my attorney, Kenneth Joseph Catanzarite Esq. to the CalBar for committing so many federal crimes against me that the list would stop the computer, and they REFUSED to CHARGE him! He also annihilated almost all the Professional Rules of Conduct for an attorney. Here’s a small list stating just a few of his crimes, many federal crimes. Catanzarite, illegally evicted my family and I from our 2M$ home; stole half of our belongings; withheld evidence from the court on an illegal foreclosure; took almost every cent of the settlement money I received from the illegal foreclosure, after he illegally withdrew from representing me; forged my signature; 90% of his CVs are fraudulent; he didn’t show up in court for the 80M$ embezzlement of my trust and the judge dismissed the case for lack of evidence; he held no depositions or took any interrogatories on either of the two law suits he filed on my behalf AND he has hundreds of law suits filed against him, by his clients in courts across the country for various financial and real estate crimes. BUT THE CALBAR said, “We don’t have the resources to charge this man”! AG Kamala Harris stated in a letter what you see here; My family and I are destroyed and we’ve been targeted as whistleblowers by the USA Government whom are actively trying to destroy us further!

Yes, and this is Justice Anthony M Kennedy’s signature, as my attorney 1970-1978, on my first divorce decree that lists my assets for which he recommended that I create a trust in which to protect these assets. Instead they were all embezzled! Tony Kennedy has refused to speak with me since 2004 when I tried to contact him about this?

Yes, and when I finally exhausted my reporting an 80M$ embezzlement of my assets, and four illegal foreclosures, by a number of national financial institutions, trustees, money managers and attorneys to all the government authorities, financial watchdogs, FBI in many jurisdictions; Congressmen/women; Assemblymen/women and senators, I wrote OBAMA. This is the letter I received in answer to my “death row” type letter of urgency, because my family and I were in the streets because of these purposely ignored federal crimes!

How would you like to know that you’re likely dying soon, in the streets as a consequence to hunger and exposure, because of being homeless and penniless as a result of federal crimes, which our government authorities, to whom we all pay federal income taxes for their protection against financial institution abuse, purposely refuse to investigate?

Well Larry and I know what it’s like; have looked at death in the face many times in twelve years in our fight or flight life style; today we continue in the same, while being continually ignored by the financial watchdogs, USA Government authorities, legal world, Congress, Senators, past USA President Bush; President Obama and the MEDIA by the most part! We have had the occasional small independent radio station feature me as their guest. But, this hasn’t been enough by which to get my (our) story out into the public, where the exposure could help us…as well as protect you and your family from the same demise.

AH HA! AND, THIS IS THE BIG SECRET THAT MOST OF THE PUBLIC DOESN’T GET UNTIL THEY ARE ATTACKED BY SERIOUs FEDERAL CRIME WHICH DESTROYS THEIR LIVES! AND, THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU’RE WORTH ANYTHING AT ALL, because any American with a financial portfolio will eventually be TARGETED; have their funds and other assets embezzled or foreclosed upon UNLESS THEY ARE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, WORKING TO PROTECT THE GOVERNMENT OR BEING SUPPORTED BY THE GOVERNMENT THROUGH corrupt LOBBYING.

THE USA GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES, the only authorities with jurisdiction over federal crime, PURPOSELY DON’T INVESTIGATE THESE CRIMES committed against the AMERICAN citizen, while you pay federal income taxes for their regulation & protection against FINANCIAL INsTITUTION ABUSE; IN OTHER WORDS when you put your assets in a USA bank you might as well throw every penny down the NEW YORK sewer system! AND DOES IT ANGER YOU AT ALL THAT YOU’RE PAYING TAXES FOR regulation & protection you aren’t receiving? BETTER YET, HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT FEDERAL CRIMES, GOING COMPLETELY UNADDRESSED? IT’s CALLED “MISPRISION of FELONY” and these crimes are arrogantly committed everyday by our government authorities, attorneys and judges.

PeRHAPS your GOVERNMENT APPROVED antidepressants keep you calm?

THE FACT IS OUR USA GOVERNMENT TRUSTS WE AMERICANS WON’T DO ANYTHING but apathetically COMPLAIN ABOUT ALL THIS UNADDRESSED FEDERAL CRIME, and others just as serious, COMMITTED BY THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, CORPORATIONS, our ATTORNEYS and JUDGES so why shouldn’t they just continue? WHY DOES OUR GOVERNMENT TRUST the fact that they can? WELL because OUR USA GOVERNMENT has taken the steps to assure AMERICANS can’t get out of their own way. YES, and it’s done through our food; water; pharmaceuticals; seeding clouds to create disasters; inside-job terrorist attacks and corrupt courts. Yes, and if we go towards too large of an extreme, with the TRUTH, in spite of being dumbed down, we could be illegally incarcerated…worse yet, MURDERED!!

I think this sounds like NAZI GERMANY; we’re living a financial holocaust, which will end in…the ovens for us all? Or how about FEMA Camps with their new “Tupperware” like caskets?

I’M SORRY THE USA IS NOT THE LAND OF THE FREE; NOR DO WE HAVE FREE SPEECH! AND, THE ONLY RECOURSE WE HAVE is REVOLT!
