The Bewildered New World

Free trade is an illusion created my globalist free traders. As an advocate for workers dignity, value added local economies and real world trade based on trading goods instead of  “commoditizing” workers, we have thousands of resources online. ( Search under tapsearch.com, tapart news, ray tapajna journals or tapsearcher.) Free trade is basically about moving production from place to place foe the sake of  cheaper labor.   In the process, production has been separated from investments. Our economies  based on making money on money instead of making things, are burning out as we wait for the next economic bubble to burst. Big money forgot that the value of workers and labor is an asset and a real money standard.

Free trade has a long history of failures. The U.S. Federal Government sponsored the moving of factories outside of the U.S. starting in 1956. It was a temporary program but never ended.  It evolved into so called free trade. Free trade is not trade as historically practiced and defined.  Real world trade is about trading products and not workers.  With free trade the value of workers and labor is degraded and deflated. Along with the trade deficit, this represents trillions of  dollars lost in value forever.  Just think what the U.S. could have accomplished domestically and worldwide with this massive amount of money.  The value of workers and labor is a better money standard than money created out of nothing by the Federal Reserve Banks and international money sources . In the end nothing matches up and as economies based on
making money on money are burning out. President Obama had to bail out the investment communities, Wall Street, banks and the “too big to fail’ corporations.  He did this while ignoring the suffering of all who lost everything due to free trade. Millions of workers lost their jobs since 1994 including more than a million workers in the computer industry. The U.S. has gone through the most massive dislocation of jobs in U.S. history including the Great Depression. Liberals joined hands with conservatives in the betrayal of workers.  People like President Clinton and Rush Limbaugh joined hands in the passing of the free trade agreements in 1994.  Soon after passing  NAFTA, President Clinton had to rush billions of dollars to Mexico to save the peso and the Mexican economy. This was the first bail out and it went to a foreign nation. It was a sign of things to come with President Obama bailing out the globalist free traders in 2008.

Here is a  short letter published in the Cleveland Plain Dealer by Ray Tapajna relating to Conservatives who still ignore the damage they did by backing free trade. The letter was a response to a conservative columnist for the Cleveland Plain Dealer about the coming of an economic melt down.

Relating to Kevin O’Brien’s “The End is Near . . .” assessment:

As an Al Smith (pre-FDR) Democrat and a Teddy Roosevelt antitrust follower, I believe liberalism only gets a chance when conservatives fail to provide for the common good in a society. As long as they are in denial about free trade being the major cause of our economic and social problems, not much good will follow.

The same applies when conservatives fail to enforce the fair trade laws already on the books and protect workers’ dignity. Most of them are globalist free traders who do not care about such things.

How can anyone justify living off of the suffering of underclass workers and then tell us how things should be with a plantation-owner mentality?
