The World Bank and IMF were set up by Western banking interests after world war two. They are thoroughly corrupt institutions that should not exist in that they are institutions of private Western central banks, and private central banks are corrupt institutions by their very nature – wealth of a government handed entirely over to a cabal of private individuals. States should operate banks as a public utility and the wealth that comes to the US Treasury should be converted into dollars that go to State banks, if all would start as North Dakota their own state bank. The dollars backed by gold and silver, no more notes, but gold certificates and silver certificates, redeemable for gold, redeemable for silver.

In America, Caesar is supposed to be the people as a whole. Not to be arbitrarily ruled over by the whims of a king, but rather ruled by law. Ultimately the people can nullify unjust laws through jury, the jury decides to vote guilty or not guilty and it is within the authority of a juror to quash unfair laws by letting violators of unjust laws go free. In America, the Federal executive, legislative and judicial branches are the Caesar and they rule arbitrarily over the nation. Corrupt states too, but at least one can move to a more fair state, but the Federal government rules over all the states. The first and second Patriot Acts are arbitrary laws that render many laws in the US Constitution null and void. Freemason written US Constitution, America was better off pre-USC, but it exists and good to fall back on for the freedom of common man in the face of what they have yoked on Americans in violation of the USC (Patriot Acts, 1913 Federal Reserve Act, and many other laws that are in violation of the USC but nevertheless remain laws).

The World Bank robbed Africa offering the corrupt politicians of Africa loans that World Bank and IMF knew could never be repaid, but that is okay because the loans are collateralized by resources of the borrower nation (gems, metals, oil, agricultural products, etc.). World Bank and IMF did same to many nations that they have done to Africa. They are a force of wickedness in the world, looting the wealth of nations.

As to former Senator Chuck Hagel, now US Defense Secretary, he and Obama are headed to NATO to tell Germany, France and other NATO member nations that US will no longer defend them for failure to pay the agreed 50% of NATO operating expenses, and currently only pay 25% of said expenses. The corrosive atmosphere in NATO has reached a tipping point, apparently. Nefarious doings because for the sake of having to pony up 25% more than agreed, US is going to essentially dismantle NATO? Germany might say to Hagel and Obama, give us all our gold now and we’ll kick in some money to NATO. France might say to Hagel and Obama, stop spying on us and we’ll kick in some more money to NATO. Hagel is a dope, so is Obama.

Freemason corporate owned news media (all US major media is ultimately owned and controlled by the bankers of the Federal Reserve banks) rubs it in the faces of those who know, as can be seen at Celente’s website. Yeah the corporate news media know what Gerald spews out and they praise Gerald for his positions, all the while actively deceiving their audiences and suppressing the truth.

Oil has enabled the great growth in products in the world, just about everything is made from petroleum and petroleum fuels factories, transport, etc. Oil is the reason the bankers debt-based monetary system is collapsing, as oil enables continued growth of an economy, not just abundant oil but cheap oil. No more cheap oil, and abundancy is diminishing as new oil finds fall below depletion of existing oil wells. In or about 2007, Bernanke justified increasing prime interest rate for the reason that “resource utilization is too high”. The private central bank fiat dollars taking real wealth on the cheap, and above all a military without oil is dead.

The Vatican Pharisees, who concocted the doctrine of Freemasonry, get a big assist in taking Jerusalem for themselves – peak oil. There is a major reason why even cool heads of an empire would eye the Middle East oil in a peak oil scenario. So while the Satanic Pharisees seek a Temple, US military, and other miitary of nations (German military peak oil study same conclusion, world oil supplies are dwindling). US military forecasts a 10 million bpd shortfall on global oil markets by 2015. And the Vatican is a geopolitical animal. The Jesuits take their order from the Pharisees of thhe Roman Catholic Holy Synod. Jew Pharisees put Gentiles in churches, the Jew Pharisees never gave up their income stream from the Gentile churches they established, never gave up their church infrastructure, but said churches only grew in number and more and more wealth poured into the churches, and those churches predominantly became known collectively as the Roman Catholic church. The Jew Pharisees sat in Moses’ seat (Matthew 23:2), they want a third Temple (Freemasons refer to the third Temple as Solomon’s Temple), and so do Jews of the Lord, the third Temple to come will be the Lord’s Temple and once the Temple is erected, it is a short time before God begins his judgment unto victory (Rev. 11:1-2, Matthew 24:15, Daniel 11:31). Christ says that when the Temple is polluted, run to the mountains, for it is soon thereafter that God begins his judgment that ends with the return of Christ (Rev. 6:12)

Since the time of John the Baptist, there has been no judgment of God upon any nation. Revelation Chapter 6 states that there are four horsemen given power over 25% of the earth to wreck havoc via war, famine, pestilence, but why they are permitted such power is not stated, but it is not the judgment for in Rev. 6:10-11, the question is asked of God: when does judgment begin and they would not be asking God when does judgment begin if the four horsemen were the beginning of God’s judgment. The start of God’s judgment is unmistakeable, an earth so great every mountain and every island is moved out of its place.
