Listening to Obama’s Secret Service agent implied that all Obama did was go from one fraud to another. So much so that should be his middle name. Who knows, for all we know it could be his real first name. Like a pick up guy for the mob. Oh and on your way back stop at the Treasury and pick up a suitcase. But why Mr President. What are you stupid that’s the price I told them it would cost to keep manipulating the price of silver. Is that all sir. One more thing stop at the LBMA and tell them you want a million dollars. What for sir. Tell them it because we know they are selling gold they dont have. Yes sir.
Let me be clear he said none of that but I would guess thats how they roll in Washuington.
Which brings me to my story Gridexll that happens on November 13th and 14th, to test the system if the lights go out. But they are not turning the lights out. Boy does this one stink. I don’t know which false flag is worse the Boston Marathon, The London bus fiasco or the twin towers. You do understand its going to cost a small fotrune to do NOTHING. The possibility does exist that something could go wrong and your money disappears but how could you expect that under the most crooked president in american history. This guy drinks out of a bent straw.
Get your money out of the bank. The green fees are killing him 90 rounds of golf since taking office. He is like a kid in a sandbox and stamps his feet when he doesn’t get his own way. Thanks to O we are the laughing stock of the world. We have the best military but they are to busy garding poppies in Afganistan to come home. He doesn’t want them home he would rather have Russians guard us during the gun grab or FEMA. We know how much heart and soul the Russians will put into the job. They no listen. Just shoot them they only Americans. They would shoot you as soon as look at ya. But Obama could be coming for your money. With the grid down. Listen lets call a spade a spade. He wants to destroy the Country thats obvious. So old puppet strings has his eye on your money. I mean we are only 17 trillion in debt and 1 quadrillion in debt from the mortgage backed security scam. It is pathetic. A 15 year old could tell him what happens if we get hit by an EMP. No electric, no cars, no fuel, no food delivery. You have to spend millions of dollars to tell you that. Either he is the most stupid person on the planet or a surprise is built into it. Me I will take my money out of the bank.
Will There be an Electric Grid Blackout on November 13th and 14th, 2013?
September 16th update of the news item on the upcoming electric grid test which was originally posted here on September 11, 2013.
Based on an August 16th New York Times article, it appears that this November 13th/14th drill will not involve a shut down of the electrical grid.
The North American Utility Reliability Corporation (mentioned in the above article) is in charge of planning this upcoming November drill which is called Grid Ex-II. I wrote to Bill Lawrence who is the man in charge saying:
“Dear Mr. Lawrence, … I have a question about the upcoming November 13th/14th test scheduled to take place in just two months. First, I was wondering whether NERC the main agency overseeing this drill? Also, there are postings on the internet indicating that on these days the U.S. will be participating with Canada and Mexico in an excercise to examine the system response to a hypothetical EMP event or cyber attack and some postings claim that the entire electrical grid will be shut down during these two days. Is there any truth to this? I need to have some informed input on this since I find this hard to believe.”
He responded:
“Dr. LaViolette, NERC is running a simulated exercise to practice crisis response and information sharing. No real power outages will occur due to this exercise. The scenario does not involve EMP.”
Checking out the NERC website, one finds that this is an expanded version of a Grid drill that they had previously conducted in November 2011. Apparently, there is a lot of misinformation that was posted about this on the internet that was not previously checked out. So disregard concerns voiced in my original posting that this exercise will involve a planned blackout and speculations that its dates may have been chosen to prepare for a real event.
I have used strikethroughs to indicate material to disregard in my previously revised posting below. Although there are many who do not trust public statements from government agencies and feel we should nevertheless prepare ourselves for unexpected events (see comments at the end of this posting).

It is really difficult to tell from these news postings because both ideas are being circulated. This confusion may be due to people lacking a clear official statement of what is planned for these days. I have been unable to check this out with any U.S. electric utilities since I am currently in Europe. But one viewer strongly feels that this is just a test simulation and not an actual power black out (see reader comments below).
As I have warned in previous publications and outreach projects, a galactic superwave would deliver a strong EMP pulse at the time of its arrival, possibly threatening the electric grid, GPS satellites, and cellular telephone systems. One way to protect the electric grid would be to shut it down during the time of superwave arrival. If it is just a simulation with no power black out being planned, then this becomes a non issue.

There is evidence that our planet may have been impacted by as many as 13 minor superwave events in the past 5300 years. As many of 8 of these appear to be registered in the geologic record, as described in this Starburst Foundation news posting:
