If you ever want to stop a good many of our federal agency nightmares, this is the only way to do it. Learn what the Federal Register is and learn the process to protest what the government agencies want to do. Media has us all watching Congress, when, in reality, the alphabet agencies have more power than they do!  They make rule and regulation changes that are nothing less than laws! Congress can’t run all of these agencies, that’s why it’s set up this way.  

What this means is that most of the LAWS (call them rules and regulations all you want, they’re LAWS) are passed internally by these agencies without any Congressional oversight whatsoever.  The Federal Register is all that stands between us and their being able to do anything they wish to do.  

There is a process to rebut what they want to do. The Federal Register is their Newspaper and it is a very important source of information for anyone who truly wants to make a difference in what the government is doing.  

We pay for the Federal Register’s existence with our taxes and we should be using it but we’re not!  There is a belief that is fairly widespread in the world of conspiracy theory and that is: The ptb must tell you before they make a move on you and it’s all your fault for not being informed when they get away with what they do against you.  I believe The Federal Register is one of the biggest sources of their telling us of their plans. 

The Federal Register (the daily newspaper of the Federal government) is a legal newspaper published every business day by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

Proposed Rules

This section of the FEDERAL REGISTER contains notices to the public of the proposed issuance of rules and regulations. The purpose of these notices is to give interested persons an opportunity to participate in the rule making prior to the adoption of the final rules.

Notice how they are telling you what they want to do and and calling it proposed, which means it can and should be OPPOSED if it’s bad for us or we don’t agree with it? 

Public notice is first step in most legal actions. For example, foreclosures, divorces, recordings of land titles, marriages, etc. are announced to the public, this is basically the same process but just different venues. 

Public notices are there for a very good reason and that is because it either does or could affect you in some way. As they said, Interested Party.  

Some of the worst things that have happened in government show up in the form of the rules and regulations and policies of alphabet agencies.  Many times, what they propose to do is where the rubber meets the road as far as having an effect on our every day lives. 

Here’s how they merged the NSA data base with domestic data bases. All that has to happen is for Bush/Obama (or any other sitting president) to decide he wants something, then make an executive order and then make a RULE CHANGE! The rule change can also include exempting parts of the privacy act of 1974 and the rules of the Federal Register.  (The Patriot Act comes into play here and FISA) This is one of the biggest end runs around Congress ever perpetuated, though they did have a hand in it with FISA and The Patriot Act.

(As a side note: Your Second Amendment rights are coming under fire through rule and regulation changes by the ATF, they also must be published in the Federal Register so STAY ALERT and oppose them if you want to keep those rights, what’s left of them, that is!).

What does this rule change mean for you? In short, domestic law enforcement officials now have access to huge troves of American communications, obtained without warrants, that they can use to put people in cages. FBI agents don’t need to have any “national security” related reason to plug your name, email address, phone number, or other “selector” into the NSA’s gargantuan data trove.

So for a rule change like this one, they don’t have to alert you and garner your input, they just do it? (Ridiculous!)

But it still has to be published in the Federal Register.  In order to pull this one off, the government has woven an elaborate tapestry of an unconstitutional Patriot Act, an unconstitutional FISA court and a couple of unconstitutional Executive Orders (with amendments) so they could create a whole new level of spying on us. 

Usually the Federal Register is a means of protection from government over reach but not in this case. In this case they’re just telling you they’re going to do whatever they want, even though the public should definitely be involved in discussion about this because it affects us all. They’ve created loopholes for themselves and this should be challenged in court.  Will that change anything about this latest fusion of our private information or will SCOTUS keep allowing infringement after infringement of our rights to continue until there’s is absolutely nothing left?  

 With this total gutting of the Fourth Amendment, it will now be easy to gut the other Amendments, one by one. (It’s not as if they’ve not already been chipping away at them for years.) With no Fourth Amendment there is no protection of the Second or First Amendment of the Bill of Rights. This is the first constitutional amendment that has been completely erased. The Second Amendment will be next. The First Amendment will have to come last because everyone knows they’re supposed to have freedom of speech in America, it’s the most widely known amendment, even by people who have never read any part of the Bill of Rights. Not until they have a literal gag in their mouths will some realize what has happened to them. All of our rights are under siege at the moment and always have been.  

Even though the Federal Register is not a fail safe against all our corrupt government wants to do, it is still one of our biggest tools in our arsenal.  It’s time we started taking back our power by using it overwhelmingly against them.
