SUBJECT: How to DECERTIFY a treasonous Political Party

INTRODUCTION: The American political process is an experiment. It was not mandated by God. The variables can be changed to affect the outcome. Unfortunately, about 70 percent of the population neglect their Civic Duty to be involved with election of officials, and they are ignorant about how the change the variables.  It is time to look up the Rules, know the Rules, use the Rules… and rid ourselves of corruption in the political parties.

FIRST: Political parties are not federal agencies. They are not government organized. They are not funded by government. They only have to report their finances to the government. No laws limit us to just two political parties.
 

SECOND: Political parties are legally defined as “CLUBS”.
 

THIRD: Political parties must reorganize every two years. The Democratic Party and Republican party hold PRECINCT meetings in the county levels. Members of each precinct attend the meetings, vote to elect representatives in the precincts, and make legal Record of the decisions. Then the records are presented to the County Party Chairmen, who archive them.

Next, the County holds a meeting called a “County Convention”. Only the official Precinct members may vote at that meeting to elect representatives to the State Convention. At this meeting, the Party Chairmen declare the formation of a “Club”, and the elected Chairman must submit a Report to the Clerk of the Court about the Officials who will be running the Club.

Next, the State level of the parties hold a meeting called the “State Convention” to elect representatives for national meetings and elections. They address any changes to the By-Laws for the State Party at that time.

Finally, there are National Conventions for the election of candidates at the federal level.
 

FOURTH: County levels can be DE-CERTIFIED by the State Election Commission. Here is an excerpt of the South Carolina Code dated 2011 that outlines party formation and decertification.  It is just one brief example that discusses decertification.  Go to the State Code for much more information.

QUOTE: SECTION 7-9-10. Certification and decertification of political parties.

Political parties desiring to nominate candidates for offices to be voted on in a general or special election shall, before doing so, have applied to the State Election Commission (Commission) for certification as such. Parties shall nominate candidates of that party on a regular basis, as provided in this title, in order to remain certified. Any certified political party that fails to organize on the precinct level as provided by law, hold county conventions as provided by Sections 7-9-70 and 7-9-80, and hold a state convention as provided by Section 7-9-100; that fails to nominate candidates for national, state, multi-county district, countywide, or less than countywide office by convention or party primary as provided by Sections 7-11-20, 7-11-30, and 7-13-40; and that fails to certify the candidates as provided by Section 7-13-350 in at least one of two consecutive general elections held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November of an even-numbered year, or that fails to nominate and certify candidates in any other election which might be held within the period of time intervening between the two general elections, must be decertified by the State Election Commission. The party must be notified in writing of its decertification at the last address of record. If the notification of decertification is returned as undeliverable, it must be placed on file in the office of the State Election Commission and with the Secretary of State.

FIFTH: We have evidence that has been reported by multiple news sources that the Democratic Party and Republican Party engaged in espionage and treason. It is time to demand that the parties be decertified at the COUNTY levels.  This nation must reboot its poltical process and make it better.  (The Readers is warned that our politicians change the rules to fit their own crimes, so carefully research your county and state regulations to KNOW what the rules are in the present moment.)

CONCLUSION: That means… men in the counties have to get busy.
