Treachery is rife in Westminster and its nearby claret clubs and we should be incandescent with indignation.  Rupert Christopher Soames is a grandson of unelected Winston Churchill.

Soames’ grandfather sold the British Empire to Wall Street to pay for his war on Hitler’s Germany that on September 3, 1939, was illegally declared in parliament (without the necessary vote).

Today, Rupert Soames OBE is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SERCO. This is a government-sponsored outsourcing company. It is responsible for the running of the Westminster regime’s Immigration Detention Centres.

As the corporation’s CEO, Rupert Soames adds to the company accounts £4.5million pounds a year he gets from Serco Mears. This vast corporation was rewarded with a £2.9 billion government contract for refugee housing situated throughout the United Kingdom.

This is part of the so-called great replacement programme for population replacement, the ethnic cleansing of the English.

According to Reuters Press Agency, Serco and Mears have won contracts totalling £2.9 billion of taxpayers’ money from the British regime to provide accommodation and support for asylum seekers. The move generated the rapid elevation of shares in both outsourcing firms.

Valued at 1.9 billion pounds for Serco and 1 billion pounds for Mears, the 10-year contracts were awarded by Britain’s Home Office Visas and Immigration department under the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC).

The Home Office Minister is Sajid Javid, who declares:  “It’s vital we continue to do all we can to help the world’s most vulnerable. I’m proud of the world-leading work we have done in the Middle East and Africa so far, but there is so much more to do,” he added ominously. His family was mired in a ‘cash for visas’ scandal. 

At least 5,000 more refugees will be resettled in the UK under a renewed government initiative. The Home Office said the most vulnerable migrants would be transferred from 2020 onwards. A programme that started in 2015 focused on Syria. The Westminster will now take benefit-bandits from beyond the Middle East and North Africa and provide resettlement where lives are at risk.

The government said that although it had agreed to welcome between 5,000 and 6,000 refugees in 2020-21, the actual number will be much higher. Britain’s Asian Home Secretary said Britain has resettled more refugees from outside Europe than any other EU state since 2016.

Shares in Serco were up 6.5 percent at 108.8 pence at 1253 GMT on Tuesday, while Mears rose 6.2 percent to 360 pence on news of the new contracts, which sources told Reuters last month had attracted few private sector bids. The British government is awarding contracts worth a total of 4 billion pounds to house asylum seekers, the sources said.

Serco bid for parts of the AASC contract despite posting hundreds of millions of pounds in losses in 2016 from its predecessor, when refugee arrivals and costs outstripped budgets baked into fixed contract terms.

Annual revenue from the new contract is expected to be about 150 million pounds for Serco in 2020, compared to about 70 million pounds in 2018 on the previous version of the contract.

‘In 2020 and thereafter we expect the AASC contracts to be materially positive to both profitability and cash flow’, Serco said in a statement. Mears, which specialises in social care and housing services, is the only newcomer to the asylum contract since 2012, the sources told Reuters.

We wonder, will Rupert Soames, David Campbell and Boris Johnson and their treacherous back-stabbing ilk be impudently attending World War I and World War II services on Armistice Day. These solemn services will be held throughout migrant infested Britain on Monday, November 11.
