First, do not raise the national debt ceiling!  Then, cut the overall governmental budget across the board by 25% as well as abolish Obamacare and the Department of (DoE), Department of Education (DOE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).  Introduce a flat 10% income tax across the board and eliminate all other taxes, fees, penalties, and other pseudo-taxes. Cut all remaining organizational headcounts by 25%.  Reduce the salary and income of all civil servants and senior executive service (SES) personnel by 25%.  Eliminate all earmarks (pork barrel spending).

That’s just to start with reducing the “weight” of this extremely obese government.  That’s how you make the government “The Biggest Loser.”  Remember that show on television?  The Obama administration is at least an 800-pound, overweight gorilla that needs to be put on an extreme diet and exercise program.  Take 50% of the money saved and invest it in the small and medium-size businesses in America.  That will solve the unemployment problem.
