Americans in every state of our nation have been penny-pinching and even raiding their retirement accounts this year as they struggle with job-loss, pay-cuts, and the rising costs of education, food, and gas.

However, there’s one group that’s doing better than “alright” and they’re using your tax-dollars to live in luxury too.

This has been extremely frustrating for hard-working Americans who have witnessed extinguishing benefits and flat wages in many sectors of our weak economy.

“Congressional representatives on balance rank among the wealthiest of wealthy Americans and boast financial portfolios that are all but unattainable for most of their constituents,” said Sheila Krumholz, the Center for Responsive Politics’ executive director.

CNBC recently compiled a list of America’s richest Congressmen and Congresswomen. Here they are from the least wealthy of the richest to the filthy rich of the richest. Now, keep in mind that their net-worth does not include any of the additional monetary perks that come your way when you’re an esteemed Congress member.

*Sidenote: they’re even richer than the richest Congressional members of 2010! The #1 richest Congressmen of 2010 was Darrel Issa with a reported minimum net worth of $156.1 million… wait until you see what this year’s biggest earner is worth…This yars #1 is  Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas iwth a reported minimum net worth: $305.46 million

15.) Rep. Rick Berg, R-N.D.

Mr. Berg’s reported minimum net worth: $23.78 million

To be fair here, a majority of Berg’s wealth comes from his real estate investments. He owns dozens of apartment units and commercial properties that added up to a contributed net worth of $23.78 million in 2011.

14.) Rep. Diane Black, R-Tenn

Ms. Black’s reported minimum net worth: $24.79 million

13.) Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

Ms. Pelosi’s reported minimum net worth: $26.43 million

12.) Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-Maine

Ms. Pingree’s reported minimum net worth: $28.58 million.

11.) Rep. Vern Buchanan, R-Fla.

Mr. Buchanan’s reported minimum net worth: $36.49 million

The question I really want answered was how many congressman went in as paupers and become millionaires. I know John Kerry married into a lot of him money and Darrel Issa owned a very a company named Directed Electronics prior to running for office. Both are millionaires outside of congress.

The real question is how many got rich from inside trading based on knowledge derived from being in this powerful position……

AS congressmen they have the right to insider information as regards the stock market, you or I would go to jail. Add all the other crooked ‘legal’ privelges these con-men have and you can understand why they want to make a career in politics. Thwey were put there by the money men in the first place, their reward is MONEY, as long as they remember who put them there, and look after their corporate masters.
Not until they are dragged out of congress and guillotined will there be any change from a nation that is in freefall. For letting the few do what they are doing, MILLIONS are going to die, and millions already have in other parts of the world because of those scum in congress. AMERICA, YOU ARE NEXT.

You are not alone in the world in your anguish, the UK has a fine bunch of greedy, criminally parasitical politicians from the top down. Lying their way into millions, Blair is also in this group and more are being groomed for the same job if there is anything left to grab when they ‘graduate’. Europes western countries are also into this ‘skin the people’ scene, Greece survived for more than 3000 years until it joined the ‘Conmen Market’ Germany wins all round, despite loosing two WW that cost dearly in manpower and resources. The real truth is these blood suckers just don’t care and will carry on until they have ruined the country, then they will be nowhere to be found.

This proves that the US retirement schemes are not good at all.

Retirement money should not be given to private bankers with unsecured investements.
You have to be foolish and unrealistic to do that.
The best approach would be to go for a system based on generous redistribution of wealth,
thereby, the government to take control of retirement and to insure a minimum wage to all US citizens
sufficient to insure essential needs. The best system is the one done in France.

On top of that, people could improve their benefits by placing money on Mutual Funds schemes managed by COOP and Mutual banks run by non-profit organizations. It is time christians wake-up and produce these projects with show that they believe in generosity. Who is going to be strong enough to launch those initiatives ?

It is now time to get rid of those banksters and trusts which steal money from the middle-class people.
