I don’t think that figure is accurate. When you have almost 50% on some sort of gov’t subsidy they can’t afford to not support the “Great White Father”.
Dunno… I very seldom trust people who give me anything for free… especially cellphones: I always ask, “is this thing stolen?” and the answer is always, “No.” So I’m getting stuff from proven liars. Would you trust someone who says you’re greedy if you want to keep your own money but not if you keep other people’s money in subsidies?
