Secret of Life Found on the Internet! Anyone can Google it...And Print Your Own Money!

What is it about North Dakota that works? It has one thing that no other state has: its own state-owned bank.

The Austrian School of economics says that if you want to study economics, find an economic system that is working and study it.

The Permaculture school of agriculture says “Surplus occurs when a system is in harmony and allowed to flourish. Then it’s shared.”

   Now that, from a study of agricultural systems that work could also be a statement about economic systems that work.. or any systems that work!

Traffic systems… school systems… in fact, any system at all! Find one that works and get to know how and why it works.

Once that bit of ‘universal interconnectivity’ is understood it’s easy to see that the ‘secret of life’ is hidden in full view everywhere you care to look.

The Classical literature school says the earth is bountiful, a cornucopia of plenty… Who hasn’t heard the phrase, “Nature provides”?

Of course She does, Nature is the essence of harmony! Bad management is no fault of Hers…

The Amish (sometimes called “The Pennsylvania Dutch”) have a stunning and working agricultural economy: full granaries, general prosperity, sharing… a high degree of happiness – never mind that their mom’s might dress them funny –  it seems they actually do love their neighbors and pretty much do unto them as they’d have their neighbors do back unto them… ‘them’ being of course, everyone in a community system that works – dress however you like; Apaches and Navahos do.

And, then there’s that wonderful, totally hidden, fully working, up-and-running, harmonious, pride-of-place economy that somehow managed to flourish for the last hundred years… North Dakota!

Now there’s an economy!

I took a year away from Africa to visit my Mom in Maine during 2010, when I ‘discovered’ North Dakota, the only state in the Union that’s using black ink and it’s not front page news!

Maine, with just under a million and a quarter people, was beginning to ‘sequester’ everything from snowplow budgets to my Mom’s pension because the State showed a 2010 deficit of a billion dollars, which has to be balanced at the end of every year, unlike the Federal budget, which can be deferred until the debt ceiling reaches heaven where, of course it will be ‘forgiven’ and written off…

North Dakota has a population around half that of Maine… and its State coffers at the end of 4Q 2010 had a billion dollar surplus! They were looking for ways to spend it while Maine was looking for ways to steal more money from its citizens to pay the bills its citizens hadn’t even racked up themselves!

North Dakota? Now There’s a working system for you.

Go look and learn from it while the rest of the entire world is looking at economies that are not working…

Google, “North Dakota miracle economy” and click on any… no! Click on all the links.

Don’t pay any attention to the ‘Yeah… but Bakken oil ” nay-sayers, it ain’t the oil and some people don’t want anything to work- you can tell because they dress like everyone else but their minds are funny and don’t work.

Then, when you get back home from North Dakots, lobby every voter you know and come next election, put out the garbage and put in the people who will put in the North Dakota economic model – the only state economic system that works – in harmony and flourishing with surplus for everyone!

Shouldn’t take too long to get things back to reality…

There you have it, the Secret of Life is ‘hidden’ in any system that’s in harmony and allowed to flourish and… well that, dear people, is it!

Simple.

And it’s true for everything: Find something that works and learn how it’s done.
