Bank Of America Wouldn't Give Customer Her Funds For Month And A Half

SteveQuayle.com Dear Steve, I have emailed you once before regarding falling stars or meteors that fall at a perpendicular angle and seem to slow down as they decend. Last night I listened to the guerrilla economist and you on the Hagmann and Hagmann radio broadcast. At the beginning in the first hour you mentioned that it might be a big hassle trying to withdraw large sums of money from banks. That statement hit me hard and man, it’s really true! Here is my story. Last summer I closed all of my Smith Barney accounts and received a check in the mail from them. I did this because I wanted to invest in silver and gold and begin some of the physical preparations like food, water, etc. I deposited the check at Bank of America. I figured it might take a little bit of time for the check to clear, but in reality I had no idea what I was in store for. It took a month and a half for it to clear and gain access to my money. The day after it cleared I went to the bank and tried to withdraw my money. The teller went to the back for a couple of minutes then returned and proceeded to tell me they did not have the funds to make the transaction. I was amazed! I always thought banks had tons of cash on hand. I left and went to another Bank of America where I was confronted by the bank manager who told me that to withdraw that sum of cash I would need to make an appointment a week in advance.
At this point I became upset and got mad at the manager and could not believe I had no control over my own money. I left and went to the next Bank of America where I finally made some progress. The teller told me that as long as my withdrawal was under $5000 I could recieve my money. So I made a withdrawal of $5000 and visited many other Bank of Americas that day making withdrawals of the same amount till I received all of my money. I never realized it would be such a hassle to get my hands on what I thought was rightfully mine. I spent almost 8 hours that day going to more than a handful of banks to get my money. I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area which ends up being a good thing because there are countless Bank of Americas which allowed me to make my withdrawals, but it was amazing to me that a bank in this area would not have that kind of cash on hand. I can tell you that it was more than $10k and less than $100k. To me it’s my life line and I think it’s a ton of money, but I know it’s nothing compared to what some have. This feeling made me wonder about the people who have millions and how difficult it would be for them to gain access to their money. It would be next to impossible. I always assumed banks had millions in their vaults and that my money is my money, but I assumed wrong. Thank God I was able to get to it and begin the necessary preparations I planned on doing.

It’s best to keep some cash on hand. You don’t know what’s going to happen to the banks in the future.
If the banks fail….the paper currency will be used as TP.
And who says a soft form of martial law is not in effect…control control control.
I havnt had a bank acct in years and im doing just fine knowing I can at least have access to my money 24 hours a day , all of it not what they say I can have and can spend any and all of it when and how I want not what they say I can and cant do and its not being tracked by big brother……… think about all the limits banks impose on YOUR money and the tracking of your purchases…control control control.
Sounds like some of the pre-paid credit cards. Promise you on line banking and bill paying. Well…they always seem to have some sort of glitch in the software…..while trying pay bills on line, tying up your money for days. Cash withdrawal is in the same category….have to insure, that the direct deposit will clear their bank, before you get money. When you use the card for a buy, it posts for over 8 or more days, before the pre-paid card will pay the business. America is beginning to suck and suck big.
Yes, my great, great Grandparents never trusted banks since they would, at the time seem to fail periodically, especially during the Depression. My family were cattlemen in New Mexico and Arizona and dealt with 1000′s of heads of cattle on our three ranches, 37 1/2 sections, 11 sections, and 9 sections of land. So transactions were in hundreds of thousands of dollars. My family really never trusted paper money and transacted mostly in gold and silver.
As a kid growing up our whole family of men, from the elders to the young men and the early teens, would get together and move the cattle up and down the mountains and through the valleys and from one ranch to the next, twice a year. My great Grandfather and his brothers during these drives sat us all down at night to explain our family history, who we are, and why our family trusted only family and why you do not trust the banks. It was because they lie, they cheat, they steal, and they control the politicians and most law enforcement. If you had to go to court you might not win unless you hire an extremely expensive family lawyer who usually worked with the very same lawyers that most likely they went to school with or belonged to the very same clubs and organizations that they belonged to. In other words, it was a racket to mostly siphon your money.
We have been through several court proceedings defending against federal, state, and local government intrusions over the years at great financial cost. Oh, in the end, and sometimes several years later, we would win, but the many, many sleepless nights would take their toll, and that is something you never get back.
My family understood and dealt with the political and financial corruption for the past 200+ years, especially during the Great Depression era when everyone was trying to take what was yours, including our government.
It was always understood that you never lend to the government, you only pay what you owe, pay your legal taxes, and make them justify their expenditures of your tax dollars.
My family has successful through very hard work, they have always been fair, honest business people. They’ve treated everyone fairly, that includes their employees and partners.
Our family has lost family members defending this country. We’ve given more blood treasure than would be expected, several of my family relatives, who’ve died serving in the military, are buried in our family cemetery.
It is such a shame to see evil greedy hucksters destroy this country as they are, and have been doing for a very long time. Their roots here run shallow. They are like the locust, devouring everything in sight. Once it is all eaten and destroyed, they will move on looking elsewhere to seek out what is left to consume.
Everyone really needs to prepare because extremely painful times are nearly here. Bank failures are just around the corner. Our government has spent us into debt slavery, our creditors are demanding payment and the petrodollar is being rejected. Really, the only thing of value that would satisfy our debt is to turn over our land to our creditors. So, once again, I will have to defend my land against people who believe that it belongs to them.

Then come and take it. All together my family has been here continuously for 427 years and given our land through Spanish land grants. Spain controlled the land and the Crown distributed their lands in the New World to settle the new land for Spain.
I understand that they conquered the New World and established their Crown here. I also understand that tribes of Indians roamed this land before Spain but they too had to conquer other tribes for their territory. History of the earth is replete with stories of invading armies taking land as reward for their victory. So goes the spoils to the victor.
I have no illusions of keeping our land since history is unfavorable to most. But with such deep roots here it will take much to uproot them. As mentioned earlier.

I tried to remove my Tax Refund one year (probably 2 or 3 years now), about 2k… Same exact results, they had to open all the drawers, go into the safe, and paid me out in ridiculous sums like $5′s, $10′s, etc… This happened with US Bank in Las Vegas…
Ive since closed the account and no longer use banks. As of now I don’t notice to much of a difference. If I need a bank account plenty of family has one I can use… But honestly, in my city at least, you get discounts for using cash because the businesses get jacked by transaction fees issued by the bank…
Win – Win situtation as I see it. Also Casinos cash checks, with a free drink ticket I might add…. You fuckers use banks and get what in return? Oh yea, overdraft fees.

the courts have ruled that ‘your’ bank account and its contents are actually the property of the bank, your safety deposit box too. you are not considered a depositor at your bank, you are an ‘unsecured creditor’. if its printed on paper then its worth the paper its printed on.
