Real estate expert Fabian Calvo says, “They are pumping up the housing market all the way to the top until—boom. The thing blows up. I think that’s what’s happening and what people are counting on.” Calvo, whose company handles $100 million in distressed debt annually, goes on to say, “You’ll know the cataclysmic collapse is on the horizon . . . when the government starts handing out loans like crazy, and we’re already getting there.” Calvo deals with multi-billion dollar hedge fund managers. Calvo reports, “They all believe once we do reach the end of the road here . . . it’s going to get pretty nasty. . . Will we enter another Great Depression that’s much worse than the original great depression? Yeah . . . I was just refused this morning, by yet another lawyer. Here I have proof of payment; Proof of contract fraud; Forged documents by the Mortgage Mill lawyers; they Erased my Account, which is called money laundering; I have Judge Robert Grossman’s verdicts; And still, they are refusing property owners assistance in the State of Texas. The Attorney General of Texas sent me on a wild goose chase, and then finally to the CFPB. Ocwen replied to the CFPB with the wrong accounts, and CFPB did nothing. They breached the FDCPA, both the U.S. and State Finance Codes, and the courts will do nothing.
The people are not in ‘debt’ the crime being committed is called Grand Larceny. And it is being done with the help of the legislators, representatives, and the judges/lawyers.
The banks “Lent no BANK money and Lost no BANK money; they are TRUSTEE’S under CFR 12. They are gaining titles by other Means.” (Comptroller of Currency, 2005)
The “other Means” is called “Covet Means”. Which is when they alter the codified law, the money system and the merchant pricing with intent to Target something they Covet; to create a specific system of Default which then allows use of Force of Law to seize what they Coveted under color of Law. It was known as a Method of Premeditated Mass Murder of a Society; punishable by the Death Penalty under Common Law which is the Law of the Land.
