Banks Stalling Customers On Getting Money Out?

Hi Steve,

My wife was recently at a US bank in a Fred Meyer by our house.It was 11am and she was behind this gentleman trying to close all of his accounts but the bank was stalling and delaying him. They didnt want him to pull his money out it would appear to her. One tactic they used on him was to tell him that at 11am they were already on the next business day so he couldnt close his account today and would have to come back tomorrow. He got so mad at them that they finally gave in but it sounds like they are just trying to drive people away with frustration so they dont close their accounts.

People are starting to see that you have to take your money out.

We recently pulled our IRA’s out of BANK OF AMERICA – they stalled us with the paperwork and it took more than 6 weeks to get our money

We recently pulled our IRA’s out of BANK OF AMERICA – they stalled us with
the paperwork and it took more than 6 weeks to get our money. We’re sure
they were intentionally stalling us, even though it wasn’t a huge amount. 
We advise everyone to get out and stay out of BofA – we just have a
consistent, bad feeling about their practices.
