Police At My Door: What Should I Do?
by Theodore Dalrymple, Lew Rockwell:
Don’t be intimidated by police at your door. These rules will help protect your rights and improve your odds of avoiding a home search.
No Warrant, No Search!
The Supreme Court has ruled that the home is entitled to maximum search protection. Even if they have probable cause to believe something illegal is going on inside your home, the 4th Amendment requires police to get a signed search warrant from a judge to legally enter and search.
Clip from the DVD, 10 Rules for Dealing with Police
The major exception to the search warrant requirement is where consent is given to an officer’s request to enter. If, for example, an officer is legally invited into your home, any illegal items that are out in the open – or in “plain view” — can be seized as evidence, which can lead to an arrest. That being the case, it’s always wise to keep any private items that you don’t want others to see out of view of your entrance area.

BONUS:
It really shifts power in your favor if you can have your exchanges recorded by you, or a house member from inside your home.
i’d put that lady on 24 hr watch..she must be hiding something or using the house as some kind terrorist depot or drug drop..
they could get her DNA off the door knob .. i’m sure there’s a murder with her DNA all over it..
Follow there example,
knock the door down,
throw a couple of flash gernades
then fire on anyone holding a weapon.
Sorry I ment to say fire a TAZER on anyone holding a weapon my bad.
NEVER EVER speak to the police! EVER EVER EVER!!!
and here’s why from a law professor/attorney and a police officer! entertaining, and you’ll learn A LOT!

Police At My Door: What Should I Do?
Shoot the first one that steps through your front door that if they do not have a warrant. That is called a home invasion and is illegal. You have the right to defend your self and I strongly recommend you do just that. They may not even be cops. Do you want to take that chance? And if they are, there no better than criminals as they just broke the law they swore to uphold. Treat them the way there going to treat you, with NO mercy. Now, if they got a warrant, you had better open the door and step back and do what they say.
Never ever let police into your home. Unless you called them and need them for something. In all other cases it is best to not even speak to the police. There are so many laws on the books these days you are certain to be in violation of something….
So true. The only you call a cop is when you have the pressing urge to be shot. Why one would wish to be shot, I don’t know but that’s all a cop is good for now days.
