Moreover the world central banks, none more so that the US Federal Reserve, are responsible for distorting without exception every single asset class.
Distortions which must balance out.
Distortions which are directly responsible for re-inflating the stock market, has also turned the entire financial system upside down. This permanent debt expansion mechanism is robbing savers via negative real interest rates, and allowing speculation in stocks unlike anything which has ever been seen before.

Well if it crashes we certainly will not be running freight trains since my country closed the lines in 1965 removing far more than 55% of capacity, mostly freight which would have competed with the road franchises and at least would have got some food onto the table. That picture is the first one I have seen since 1975, lucky America to have something left to lose.
