I like the idea of running up my debt to the very max on everything and then defaulting. The people who declared bankruptcy after the crash are already buying homes that they can’t afford. It’s the American way.
I don’t know … I’m somewhat scambling to pay off the rest of my credit card debt. Something tells me going into this that unsecured debt like credit cards is going to be the worst to be saddled with. Especially if it happens to be through any of the ‘big’ banks such as JP Morgan Chase, Citi, etc., do you really think they are going to let it not be paid back? When they’re processing us by social security number who knows whether you end up in one their ‘work camps’ because of the debt.
I like the idea of using credit to store of food, clean water and other vital necessities to last up to a year. Forget about gold, you can’t eat the stuff, and you may very well get whacked because you got it and someone bigger than you wants it. The best thing you can do is to get out of the rigged game. Stop being a slave to your lenders – ‘the borrower is slave to the lender.” Control your destiny by being debt free. I have been 100% debt free for 5 years now, and I will NEVER play the “borrow from us” game again. It’s a sham…the bankers get rich while you trudge along like cattle, paying your monthly payment.
