Charlie here. Do you know anything about the stock market? It goes up it goes down. If it doesn’t go down it can’t go up and if it can’t go up it won’t come down. And if it stays on one level like a cardiac reading that means its’ DEAD! You are actually watching a live and healthy market. Can Charlie have a “duhhh” moment here?
