A silent revolution is creeping in society all over the globe for creation of a better world. Rising spirituality has to be taken into account even in financial planning. Everyone should prepare oneself becoming “sadvipras” (spiritual, service minded) in order to hasten the dawning “golden age” of humanity. Prout, The Progressive Utilization Theory by Indian P R Sarkar in 1959; The aim of Prout is welfare of all living beings. It is based on the universal spiritual values, the maintenance of environmental balance and cooperative movement. Its central view is that the Earth’s natural resources are the common heritage of humanity. Those resources should be shared in a proper way so that everybody will have the right to utilize, but not the right to misuse them. Providing the basic necessities of life through employment (by dividing working hours etc), and thus ensuring purchasing power, is one of the first steps in the implementation of Prout in the society.

In 1967 Sarkar described this age with extreme capitalists in control as Vaeshyan age. Typical is that the vaeshyas are more interested in possessing material objects than enjoying them. The accumulation of wealth means lack of circulation of money and goods, harmful to common people.

Vaeshyas do not hide their intentions of making money. They do not hesitate to sell their society, their nation, the prestige of women, or national welfare. They understand only the economic value of things. Their commercial outlook is confined also to the psychic and spiritual worlds and they don’t have any feeling for religion other than some degree of fear of God.

They give donations and society may be benefited, but it will not bring the people who have died from their exploitation back to life! There will always be only few vaeshyas, while those who are the objects and tools of their exploitation form the majority in society.

The vaeshyas increase their wealth by buying the workers, polise, military, laywers, intellectuals and votes. For money they can sacrifice their conscience, their sense of good and bad, right and wrong, at any moment. The vaeshyas create an artificial scarcity of such items as food, clothing and other essential commodities. By hook or by crook they seize governmental power and use it as an instrument of exploitation to ruthlessly pulverize the whole society.

It takes a long time for downtrodden people to understand that the vaeshyas are like a deadly parasite on the tree of society, which tries to kill the tree by sucking dry all its vital sap. But if the tree dies, the parasite will also die. The vaeshya parasites understand this and therefore try to ensure the survival of society by making some donations. Calamity only comes when they lose their common sense eventually, out of excessive greed, and try to suck society completely dry.

The structure of society will have to be built and progress in such a way that the greedy, money-making mentality of the vaeshyas is rendered ineffectual through circumstantial pressure. The exploited masses can unite to eliminate the vaeshyas.

However nothing in this world is exclusively good or bad. For any individual or collective endeavor, capital, either in the form of money or resources, is initially required.
