This I think is an infection of the actual website.. someone needs to contact BIN and get their IT guys to fix this.
I only get the ads on BIN pages,, so its not an infection on my machine.
Extremely annoying.. Bin needs to vet their advertises more closely, and ban those with poor or non existent ethics.

Yeah, same here in Canada. In addition, my Android device will flash a virus message and then say “Internet Disconnected” so I can’t use BIN on it. My ChromeBook warns of a dangerous site but will run BIN if click “Continue”. My Windows 8 machine running Chrome runs OK but the FLASH crap all over the page.
As you say, only on BIN so it must be coming from their servers, and since it has been there for some time now, it MUST BE DELIBERATE.
Whatever it is, all viewers should consider it a VIRUS and DON’T click on it, and restrict use of BIN until they shut it off.
