This does explain what is going on. They are going after oil now.
Just yesterday I received an order for 10 Million barrels a month
of DSW. Domestic SWeet Crude, trades for twenty five cents a
barrel more than WTI (West Texas Intermediate). It is a dollar
a barrel cheaper than MEH (Magellan East Houston port) oil exported
to Europe, to shore up Brent. Brent crude typically trades a dollar or
two higher than WTI. These new blends are diluting the ability to
trade based on pricing of WTI and Brent.
Oh, did I mention, the order is from SHANGHAI……..!!!!
Seems the petrodollar is on its way out alright….!!
So, should I request payment from Shanghai through the CIPS system?

This was called out some time ago, the dollar would separate into a dual dollar. 1 for the USA to be devalued by 1/3rd and again by 1/3 to be 50% total devaluation. The separate OCONUS dollar would hold its value somehow.
