SUBJECT: Covid PROTECTION versus Covid CAPTURE

INTRODUCTION    An experienced Educator knows that ignorance can be corrected by using true facts and information.  However, educators also know that stupidity cannot be fixed, because it is a condition of cognitive dissonance beyond intervention. Adults tend to cleave to a “belief system’ instilled over time, which over laid with FALSE information produces a belief that is almost impossible to overcome, and thereby they are deemed stupid (Bless their heart!).  Information today will cause the uninformed intelligent people to learn that something is amiss with the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Let’s begin.

FIRST:  The South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster, an attorney, has updated three times this month his Executive Orders for the “2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic”.  His behavior caused me to question.  I read his orders.  He might not realize the scope of what he has done, because the E.O. states that he is under the direction of several state and federal agencies, which are working in concert to organize the “pandemic”; however, it is unfortunate that it is the Governor’s backside, which is now in the proverbial “Butcher’s grinder”.  He will be held accountable.

SECOND:  Is there a legitimate global pandemic today?

No. The Science indicates that it is not real.  Instead, there is a preplanned “global Training Exercise,” using a mild respiratory disease, which was planned in 2019, launched in December 2019, and now has morphed into an out-of-control power grab by those in the global socialist leadership, who hold great power in the United Nations.

THIRD:  Is there financial gain attached to this U.N. WHO training exercise called COVID-19? 

Yes.  The World Bank began the insidious idea in 1975, as first reported by Dr. William Mount, former US Ambassador.  The incentive for pharmaceutical companies was the manufacture of a mandatory vaccine to “fight the germ”.  The United Nations was conned into the plan by suggesting “protection and safety” was needed for the world, just in case there was an outbreak of a ‘deadly disease like Ebola’.  To be blunt, the Covid world pandemic is a crime called Racketeering.  It is being performed at the highest levels of world governance by many organizations to take profit from unsuspecting citizens in every nation.

FOURTH:  What is the Model State Health Preparedness Emergency Act?

QUOTE: The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA) is a public health act originally drafted by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to aid the United States’ state legislatures in revising their public health laws to control epidemics and respond to bioterrorism. The CDC’s draft was revised by the Center for Law and the Public’s Health, a collaboration between Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University. By December 21, 2001, the act was released to state legislatures for review and approval. Critics immediately charged that the MSEHPA failed to protect the general public from abuses arising from the tremendous powers it would grant individual states in an emergency. FIFTH:  Is the MSEHPA in South Carolina law?

Yes.  A bill was introduced to the SC House on March 14, 2006 by Reps Harrison and McLeod.  The title of the bill was “Emergency Health Powers Act”.  The bill was introduced to the SC Senate on April 26, 2006 with a First Reading.  On June 1, 2006, a Conference committee appointed Hayes, Short, and Scott.  The bill was amended June1, 2006 – H.4808.

SIXTH:  Is a Covid-19 “mission creep” happening with the South Carolina Governor’s command?

Yes. Notice in the Quote below that no longer is South Carolina battling a mythical creature called “COVID-19”, but now it is entitled to ‘prevent”… “ALL CASES OF INFECTUOUS DISEASE.”

SEVENTH:  Is there a Federal level decision used by the DHEC to take a leap of control into Lockdown?

Yes, Dr. Birx announced the Federal mandate that the Governors should also include “Influenza-like Cases” to the covid-19 cases, which means:  America will remain under lockdown forever.  Contact Tracing is mandated.
