Inside My Haiku Deck with Movenote

I’m working on two training modules for our teachers, involving communication tools. One is Haiku Deck and the other is Movenote. I am often asked how to best utilize Haiku Deck, how to select images and what the optimal image size is, how to use your own images and also about creating custom images.

By the way, the optimal image size is 1124 x 768. I did misquote that in the video.

To get Haiku Deck into movenote, you can export from the ipad app as a ppt which will import into movenote. I actually saved each image as a jpeg from the web browser, which begs a thought…Download options should include jpeg.

The movenote iteself is the movenote for education app from the chrome app store. I really do love the posibilites here, especially since I can link it to an external source at the end. To get embed options, click browse after your recording is complete. There you will see your list of created movenotes. Click share and choose from a selection of video sizes and methods.
