There are no criteria to enter heaven except believing in Christ. If you’d read the Bible you’d know that. Whoever taught you that there were 8 essential criteria fed you a bunch of BS.

Oh puhleeze. There are many “liberals” who are deeply devout Christians. Liberalism is NOT the problem. Besides, how do you define a liberal? That’s like making people into paper dolls. I myself am anti-abortion but pro-animal rights. I used to be a Democrat, now I’m not, but I’m not a Republican or a Tea Partier either. I believe in the 2nd amendment, but I loathe the practice of murdering animals. None of us is either/or anymore. Liberal and Conservative are just labels that make enemies of us.
The problem is that we the people, no matter what our values, are under the control of the Elite, the bankers, the politicians, who do their best to separate us along party lines, to play us against each other, but the truth is that BOTH of the liberals and conservatives for whom people vote live off the backs of the common man’s work. And the more they divide us the more power they have over us. So, if you want a school that teaches religion, enroll your child in a school that does just that.
The greater issue here is that Jesus, who was a darker-complected, wiry-haired Palestinian Arab Jew, not a white guy like church art protrays him to be, was all about loving everyone, judging no one, and he most certainly would not have advised staying stuck in a hateful “me” vs. “them” mentality. He rather would have asked us to be of open, non-judgmental mind, to find our common aspirations, and to make peace amongst each other.
