#4. He’s proudly pro-life.

John understands that the way we treat the voiceless says a lot about our values and priorities as a society. We are an enormously blessed country and with those blessings come a certain set of responsibilities. One of those responsibilities is to protect and promote life.

John Boozman understands this reality and is proudly pro-life. He knows that Roe v Wade was wrongly decided and has pledged to right this wrong. From the baby in the womb to the hospitalized senior to the disabled young child, John recognizes that we must respect the dignity of each and every citizen-with a watchful eye on those who may not have a strong voice, economic power, or political clout in Washington.

As a Congressman, John has worked hard to advance life-affirming legislation including parental notification laws and permanent bans on taxpayer-funded abortions. He strongly opposed President Obama’s decision to overturn the longstanding Mexico City Policy, which prohibited the use of tax dollars to fund international aid organizations that promote abortion as a form of family planning. John’s legislative track record earned him high marks from national pro-life organizations.

The Susan B Anthony List endorsed John’s saying: “The Senate is in great need of the pro-life leadership John Boozman has proven time and again.” The National Right to Life followed suit describing John as a “strong advocate for life” committed to a “culture of life, not only in Arkansas, but throughout the nation.”
