SIOUX FALLS – Kristi Noem, candidate for South Dakota’s lone congressional seat, out-raised incumbent Congresswoman Stephanie Herseth Sandlin yet again for the Pre-General fundraising report. Kristi Noem raised $274,537 in the Pre-General Election period, which is over 4.5 times more than Herseth Sandlin’s $59,450.
