Veterans’ Publication Endorses John Boozman for U.S. Senate

Vision—a
national publication focused on the experience and dedication of the leaders of
America and veterans on the challenges facing the country—has endorsed John
Boozman in Arkansas’s U.S. Senate Race.

Boozman’s list of legislative accomplishments on behalf of veterans is clearly
impressive. After years of inaction by Congress his efforts were critical to
secure advance funding for the VA budget, ending a game of political football
that kept veterans and their families in the best possible health care. His
efforts were instrumental in the passage of the 21st Century GI bill which has
greatly expanded educational opportunities for returning troops, coupled with
his legislation that offers re-training to veterans who have been unemployed
for four months or longer, shows his commitment to putting veterans to work.” –

a circulation of 86,000, the Veterans’

veterans’ issues as a way of compelling politicians to keep their promises to
veterans and inform the American public of those who do and are worthy of
support.
