Debate Preview: Will Senator Lincoln Continue to Hide From Her Allegiance to
President Obama and Keep Lying About John Boozman?

Senator Blanche Lincoln has been running a scorched earth
campaign that should make even the most ruthless of political operatives
embarrassed.

Since securing her party’s nomination, Senator Lincoln has
run six different television ads—five of which have been outright attack ads on
John Boozman.

At every tightly scripted stop she makes, Senator Lincoln stands behind a
podium lobbing one desperate attack after another, hoping that she can salvage
her political career—the only career she has known her entire adult life.

In the 20+ years that Senator Lincoln has been in
Washington, she has clearly mastered something: the Beltway art of dirty
campaigning.

Her latest smear may be her most shameful yet. 

John Boozman has dedicated the majority of his work in Congress to ensuring our
promises to our veterans are met and that our servicemen and women can perform
their mission successfully and return home safe and sound.

His work on behalf of Arkansas’s veterans has not gone
unnoticed.  In their endorsement this
weekend, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
called John Boozman “one of the country’s foremost advocates of looking out for
those who have sacrificed most for the rest of us-our veterans.”

And yet Senator Lincoln has the nerve to state with a
straight face that John Boozman does not care about our troops and our
veterans!  Reaching into her bag of lies,
Senator Lincoln digs up two votes on defense bills that included “poison pill”
language for Hate Crimes and a repeal of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Policy
that the Department of Defense specifically asked not be included.  Her supposed trump card is a vote that she
claims was against funding body armor for troops.  That amendment would have transferred money
away from Iraqi reconstruction, making our soldiers in combat zones less safe,
and wasn’t even for body
armor.  That body armor was already on
its way to the combat zone!

Senator, the fact is, no matter what the polls say or how
desperate you become, NOTHING
justifies playing politics with American soldiers, veterans, and their
families—especially when they are actively serving in the field.

Why would Senator Lincoln sink this low?

Senator Lincoln knows she cannot talk about her own record because it does not
reflect the will of Arkansans, it reflects the will of the President.  Senator Lincoln votes with President Obama
95% of the time, cast the critical 60^th vote for ObamaCare, has
added billions in wasteful spending to our national debt, thinks the failed “Stimulus”
worked and consistently refuses to listen to the people of Arkansas.

With a record like that, it isn’t shocking to see how
Senator Lincoln is left with nothing but desperate attacks.  What is shocking is just how far she is
willing to go to save her political career.

Her scorched earth, salacious smear campaign, littered with
disgraceful scare tactics, won’t work, but you can be certain she will keep it
up at today’s debate and these last few weeks on the campaign trail.

Arkansans will see through her negative attacks.  They know that John Boozman listens to their
needs and stands up to the Obama Administration’s reckless agenda.  And, despite her efforts to hide her near
perfect score with the President, Arkansans know Senator Lincoln would continue
to be a solid vote for President Obama if she were to return as their Senator.

Arkansas deserves better! And let’s make sure they get it by
electing John Boozman on November 2^nd!
