Our Congress Is Violating the Constitution

Our Congress isn’t being faithful to the Constitution and is constantly acting like submitting bills to combat Regulations which are submitted by various Departments/Agencies, which are then turned into Laws that these Departments and Agencies are constantly adding to the backs of all of us, isn’t this what we send them to DC to prevent from happening.

Congressman Flake is presently putting forth a Cleer Act H.R. 5381 to counter the Clean Air Act, when you stop to realize that all Departments and Agencies use regulations to enforce what  what then becomes  laws that stifle all of us,  in our personal lives as well as the businesses of Our Country.

 Congress is the only body given by the Constitution authority to write laws, check the 10th amendment, this is clearly stated and we need to realize that No Agencies or Departments have been given this authority, nor is there any Authority given Congress to form these Departments/Agencies, therefore they’re all in Direct Violation of the US Constitution.

We must also realize that the Departments being created by Congress over the last Century have also handed over much more power than was ever intended for the President to have, this in and of itself is in violation of the Constitution. 

We must Demand of All those Congressman and Senators to Restore this country to a True Constitutional Republic or don’t support/vote for them no matter what Party they belong to.

Please remember they’ve taken an Oath to Support & Defend the Constitution and seems all they’ve been doing is Violating that Oath.

I’m hoping all who read this will realize just what’s been happening and begin to help turn this Country around before they put all of us and our children into a total state of slavery.
