Constitutional Carry Hearing Tomorrow 3/25/21!

Dear friend in Liberty, You know as well as I do that “shall not be infringed” means something. It means we shouldn’t have to beg the government for a permission slip for our right to defend ourselves or loved ones. Unfortunately, that’s how it has been in Texas for years. Despite 16 other states having constitutional carry the Republican controlled legislature has left this undone despite constitutional carry being a Texas GOP legislative priority! Things are starting to change though, there are TWO Constitutional Carry bills filed, (HB1238 & HB2900), scheduled for hearings in the Homeland Security and Public Safety Committee. The hearings will take place at 10:30 tomorrow, Thursday 3/25/21. If you want to attend to testify in support of HB1238 and HB2900 please arrive early. Texas Campaign For Liberty will be submitting testimony in support of the bills. If you cannot attend you can also submit your support for each bill online by clicking here.
