Using a liter of water as the fuel source, electrical energy is in-putted to electrolise water, separating the H from the O. Then the device forces the hydrogen into a chemical fuel cell within the device. The chemical formula is propriatary to BLP. The chemicals serve to catalyze the hydrogen atoms causing the electrons to collaps onto the protons…creating a stable particle that Dr. Mills christened “hydrinos”. These hydrinos he claims are the WIMP particle of dark matter. During the collapse of the electron onto the proton tremendous atomic energy is released.
