Utopian Misfits

  Some people are now on the band wagon of creating a new Utopia, thinking that the way to do so is with a certain minimum living expense guaranteed to everyone, of which we might suppose sort of comes from Star Trek.  As well as open boarders even though this is highly unpopular and this is especially true these days in the EU among the citizens although highly recommended by their incompetent leadership.  

  Utopia will never work since it requires having the socialist middle man in the mix between the resources and the people, and we know how that works here with the Democratic Party’s socialist programs that have created a vast welfare class out of nearly half the nation’s population, while financially empowering Democrats locally through various organizations that can somehow manage to obtain government money (which is all an unsustainable practice since we can not forever maintain such a load on the tax payers).  Utopia is a dream sold to people to ease them into a poverty state of which they would other wise not descend into willfully.  And attempting to maintain the impoverished under class through government funding is unsustainable since this requires more taxation of those who work and then the wealthy as well as to borrow and go deeper into national debt.  At some point socialist dreams come crashing down upon the ground floor of reality in that you can not maintain people unless there is a resource for income for the people to make a living by.  Hence socialist have no concept of sustainability in its true sense, nor do they care to understand it since they believe that money magically comes from taxation and borrowing.

  I can say that no one could ever build anything close to Utopia unless it was to enable people to have such things as energy efficient homes and means to self power those homes without relying upon the grid so much.  As well as means to sustain them self by growing some of their food if they want.  And have wells on their property.  Something close to Utopia would look “green” I believe, with wind turbines, solar panels, wood gas generators.  In other words, when people have what they need to lower the cost of living, whereby they can save money and then later invest they can improve their quality of life without relying upon government hand outs and dealing with socialist middle men.  In this way they know true freedom because in this scenario they can have financial freedom through more efficient living that enables monthly savings.  And with the money that they can save comes a more robust economy because people would have more money to spend both locally and across the nation.  More small business ventures would be created through more efficient means of living.  And this can only come through beginning with energy efficient buildings that require less energy to operate, which would make renewable energy more feasible as an investment.

  What we need is a world that focuses on using the best of our technology to make low cost energy efficient homes, which will address nearly half of our energy usage and result in lower energy cost and hence the monthly savings scenario mentioned above. Homes would be worth more and have a better appreciation value.  People would once again realize money left over at the end of the month of which they can save and invest later, while, as previously mentioned, have money left over to expend in other realms of the economy leading to more manufacturing jobs and new businesses that can hire more people locally.  This scenario would be good for both manufacturing and service oriented businesses.

  Today’s scenario takes power away from the people and places in the hands of such entities such as Google, Microsoft and Iphone.  Where the new economy is settled around such things as SEO web site work which is a pipe dream to be honest, you will not make money at that because there are already big name companies in this field. 

  If there could be anything that nearly reaches to being Utopia, it would come on the local scale instead of having to up and move to a city somewhere a far off where Utopia is suppose to exist but without religion and politics such as one city is doing these days.  Hence Utopia would have to be more down home than far away or far off into the future.  It would come through using the best of our technology to make life more efficient and cost effective.  To streamline life and enable people to help care for them self, to grow some of their own food, and to produce some of their energy while their homes make energy use more efficient and hence more cost effective.

  If I were going to sell a product that describes a new future for us all I would sell this one, not sell apocalyptic visions classified as prepper scenarios, since this scenario here would take care of allot of the prepper concerns but also be a scenario that could launch a whole new future for mankind that looks brighter than any other scenario one might sell.  Sell a better product by selling a better vision is what I would suggest.
